We are seeking married couples to join our team as Residential Youth Mentors. In this role, you will provide a supportive and structured living environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. As a couple, you will live on-campus and work together to guide and mentor 8-12 students.
This is a full-time position that requires a strong commitment to the well-being and success of our students. You will be responsible for providing a stable and loving home environment, managing daily activities and routines, and supporting students in their academic, social, and emotional development.
About the Role
You will work closely with the school's staff and administration to ensure the best possible outcomes for our students. Your duties will include:
- Providing guidance and support to students in their academic, social, and emotional development
- Managing daily activities and routines for students
- Driving students to appointments and activities
- Administering medication and providing basic first aid
- Reporting student progress and any concerns to the school administration

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Be a married couple with at least two years of marriage
- Be at least 27 years old
- Have valid driver's licenses
- Be able to become certified to drive student home vans
- Meet the physical requirements of the role, including lifting up to 50 pounds
- Demonstrate a high degree of integrity and a commitment to fostering a positive educational experience
