We are seeking a few special individuals to join our team as Houseparents. In this unique role, you and your spouse will live on campus with a group of 8-12 students and provide a family-like environment that fosters growth and development.
Key Responsibilities
As a Houseparent, your key responsibilities will include:
- Guiding and mentoring students in their academic, social, and spiritual development
- Managing household responsibilities such as meal preparation, cleaning, and budgeting
- Participating in student activities and events
- Ensuring the physical and emotional well-being of our students

- A salary of $43,825 per person (total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple)

Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following qualifications:
- Be a married couple with at least two years of marriage
- Have prior experience working or volunteering with youth
- Hold a valid driver's license and be able to become certified to drive student home vans
- Be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and attending Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
- Have a high school diploma or GED
- Be able to lift up to 50 pounds
