At Milton Hershey School, we are seeking married couples to join our team as caregivers for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. As houseparents, you will play a vital role in creating a supportive and nurturing environment that encourages our students to reach their full potential.
The successful candidates should have excellent communication skills, be able to lift up to 50 lbs, and possess a valid driver's license. They should also be comfortable living on-campus and handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, and budgeting. We offer a competitive salary of $43,825 per person, totaling around $150,000 per couple. Paid training and relocation assistance are also included in the compensation package.
