You will work alongside your spouse to provide a stable and loving environment for a group of approximately 8-12 students. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing individualized plans to support students' academic and personal goals, managing the household, and caring for students.

Key Responsibilities:
- Foster a sense of belonging among students
- Develop and implement individualized plans to support students' academic and personal goals
- Manage the household and care for students
- Work alongside your spouse to create a safe and supportive environment
Requirements:
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably in under-served settings
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
