The Transitional Living Assistant will be responsible for creating and supervising recreational activities, teaching self-responsibility, and collaborating with staff to enhance the program. You will also provide coverage in students' homes as needed. This live-in position offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our students.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree and strong interpersonal skills. Experience working in youth residential settings, mentoring, teaching, and advising diverse youth from under-served settings are highly desired. Additionally, exceptional leadership skills, including conflict management and inspiration, are required. Computer skills, including Microsoft and Google applications, internet, and social media, are essential.
What We Offer
This live-in position offers a comprehensive benefits package, including housing and utilities provided. Up to $2,800 in relocation assistance is available. The position requires flexibility, with a schedule of 9 consecutive days followed by 3 days off. Compensation includes a minimum annual salary of $48,799.
