About the Role
The Residential Youth Support Partner position involves serving as a married couple, living on-campus and working together to provide guidance and support to a group of students. This unique opportunity requires experience working with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Couples must have been legally married for at least two years, be at least 27 years old, and have a high school diploma or GED. The ideal candidate will be comfortable leading daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
Responsibilities
As a Residential Youth Support Partner, your responsibilities will include managing household responsibilities, driving students, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and handling various other tasks related to student care. You will also participate in a benefit-rich employment package, including a salary of $43,825 per person, comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, paid training, and more.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have experience working or volunteering with youth, be willing to relocate to Hershey, PA, and meet the minimum age and marriage requirements. You should also be able to lift up to 50 lbs and demonstrate a high degree of integrity, as all staff are role models for students. Both spouses must complete an individual employment application.
