We seek married couples to become flex houseparents, playing a vital role in shaping the lives of our students. As a flex houseparent, you will provide a family-like environment, manage daily activities, and support students' needs.
Responsibilities and Requirements
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Creating a safe and nurturing environment for students
- Coordinating daily routines and activities
- Supporting students' physical and emotional well-being
To excel in this role, you must have:
- Experience working with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Been legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses aged 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children residing in the student home
- A valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Basic physical abilities and high school diploma or GED required
