About Flex Houseparents
As Flex Houseparents, you will play a vital role in supporting our students' academic, emotional, and social development. You will live on campus with your spouse and provide a loving and supportive family-like environment for your assigned students.
Responsibilities
- Providing daily care and supervision to students
- Assisting students with homework and academic tasks
- Encouraging students to develop good habits and values
Requirements
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- A minimum of two years of marriage
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Valid driver's license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity
