About the Position
The Milton Hershey School is hiring a married couple to become part of our team as Residential Youth Caregivers. This is an exciting opportunity to work with students from under-served settings and provide them with a supportive family environment.
As a Residential Youth Caregiver, you and your spouse will reside on campus and be responsible for providing guidance, mentorship, and advocacy for the students in your care. You will also be expected to handle various responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting.
