As a flex houseparent couple, you will reside on-campus and care for a group of approximately 8-12 students, handling daily responsibilities such as budgeting, administering medication, and driving. Our ideal candidates have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings, and are comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
