Milton Hershey School seeks married couples to serve as houseparents in our residential education program. As part of our team, you will provide a family-like structure for students, guiding and nurturing them in their personal growth and development.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage student homes, including daily schedules and activities
- Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure students' physical, emotional, and educational needs are met
- Provide a supportive, family-like environment for students
**Requirements:**
- Couples must be legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses should be age 27 or older
- Experience working with youth, preferably from under-served settings
