As a Flex Houseparent, you will reside in an on-campus student home with your spouse and work together to create a safe and welcoming space for our students to grow and thrive.
About the Role
- You will be responsible for managing the daily routine and activities of the students, including homework, meals, and leisure activities.
- You will work closely with the students to ensure their physical, emotional, and academic well-being.
- You will also be required to communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and other school staff to ensure seamless transitions and collaborations.

- A competitive salary of $43,825 per person, totaling approximately $150,000 per couple.

Requirements and Qualifications
- Couple must be married for at least two years and both spouses must be age 27 or older.
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
- Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity and be willing to lead daily devotions and take students to Sunday chapel services.
- A valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans are required.
- A high school diploma or GED is necessary, and candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
