Job Summary:
We are seeking a Residential Youth Support Team Member couple to join our team at Milton Hershey School. The successful candidate will provide guidance and support to a small group of students, helping them to thrive academically and personally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a family-like structure for students, including meals, activities, and emotional support
- Manage household responsibilities, including budgeting, transportation, and medication administration
- Lead daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure the well-being and success of students
Requirements:
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- High school diploma or GED required
- Couple must be comfortable living on campus and adhering to a smoke-free and weapon-free policy
