Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to become Flex Houseparents and play a critical role in the education and care of our students. As a Flex Houseparent, you will reside on-campus and work alongside your spouse to provide a family-like environment for a group of approximately 8-12 students. Your responsibilities will include driving, administering medication, and supporting the educational goals of our students.
We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a salary of $43,825 per person (total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple), comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, and paid training.
