We are seeking a married couple to join our team as flex houseparents, responsible for guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students. The successful candidate will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings.
In this role, you will work closely with your spouse to create a supportive and inclusive environment for students. You will be responsible for managing daily activities, driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting, while also providing daily care and support.
