School Caregivers Needed
Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to become flex houseparents, residing on campus and guiding a group of approximately 8-12 students. As a flex houseparent, you will provide a family-like environment, drive students, administer medication, and manage household tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide a supportive living environment for students
• Develop relationships with students and support their growth
• Collaborate with other caregivers to ensure student well-being
• Participate in daily devotions and take students to Sunday chapel services
Requirements:
• Experience working with youth, preferably from under-served settings
• Married couples with at least two years of marriage
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older
• Valid driver's license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans
• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
