Becoming a Flex House Parent
Milton Hershey School is hiring married couples to become Flex House Parents. As a Flex House Parent, you will be responsible for caring for a small group of students, leading daily devotions, and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. Both spouses must complete an individual employment application and demonstrate a high degree of integrity as role models for the students.
