Married Couple Opportunity:
Milton Hershey School invites married couples to apply for a unique caregiving opportunity. As flex houseparents, couples will reside in on-campus student homes and provide guidance and nurturing to a group of 8-12 students. This role includes driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and other responsibilities.
Requirements:
Candidates must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses must be age 27 or older, legally married for at least two years, and have a high school diploma or GED. Couples must also demonstrate a high degree of integrity, be comfortable leading students in daily devotions, and abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus policy.
