What are the responsibilities and job description for the Student Advocates position at Milton Hershey School?
We are seeking experienced and dedicated individuals to join our team as Student Advocates. As a Student Advocate, you will work closely with your spouse to provide a stable and supportive living environment for our students. Your primary responsibility will be to create a nurturing environment that promotes academic success, emotional well-being, and spiritual growth.
You will be responsible for driving, administering medication, and reporting. You will also have the opportunity to take an active role in daily devotions and lead students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. Our ideal candidate has experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. A valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans are also essential requirements.
