Your Responsibilities:
As a Family Mentor, your responsibilities will include guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students, providing a consistent family-like structure for them. You will also handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc. When initially hired, Family Mentors cover different student homes before being assigned to one specific home.

Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you and your spouse must meet the following requirements:
- Be a legally married couple with a minimum of two years of marriage
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Possess a high school diploma or GED
- Be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students.
