Milton Hershey School is committed to providing a world-class education to students in need. We are seeking married couples to become Flex Houseparents, providing a nurturing family environment for students in our on-campus residences.
As Flex Houseparents, you will manage daily responsibilities, including driving and budgeting, while offering a supportive structure. You will work closely with students, leading them in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
We offer a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, and a unique schedule allowing personal time. Our total compensation package includes free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more, totaling approx. $150,000 per couple.
Qualifications include experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, with no more than three dependent children residing in the student home. Valid driver's licenses and ability to become certified to drive student home vans are required.
