Job Overview
As a Student Care Manager, you will be part of a married couple who resides in an on-campus student home, managing daily tasks such as transportation, medication, and budgeting. You will also be responsible for ensuring a consistent and nurturing atmosphere, and participating in leadership activities such as leading daily devotions and Sunday chapel services.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you and your spouse must:
- Have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Be a married couple who has been together for at least two years
- Be at least 27 years old
- Not have more than three dependent children living in the student home
