We are a community-driven institution dedicated to empowering students from disadvantaged backgrounds. Our unique Student Care Provider program seeks to pair married couples who can provide a supportive family-like structure for groups of 8-12 students.
As Student Care Providers, you will reside on-campus and handle various responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and more. This role comes with a comprehensive benefits package, including housing, meals, medical insurance, and a competitive salary.
To succeed in this role, you should have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and we require a high school diploma or GED. Couples must be comfortable leading daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
