Job Description
As a Student Care Provider, you will work closely with a small group of students, providing guidance and support in their academic and personal pursuits. You will be responsible for creating a family-like environment, encouraging teamwork, and promoting healthy relationships.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience working with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Couples must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and attending Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
- Both spouses should be able to lift up to 50 pounds and have a valid driver's license
Benefits
- Salary of $43,825 per person (total compensation approx. $150,000 per couple)

- Schedule of nine days on followed by three days off
