What are the responsibilities and job description for the Student Care Providers position at Milton Hershey School?
We are seeking married couples to join our team as Student Care Providers. In this role, you will provide a nurturing home environment for students, guiding and supporting them in their daily living responsibilities. As a key member of our residential life team, you will create a family-like atmosphere, manage student homes, and ensure the well-being of our students.

The ideal candidate will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. You must be legally married for at least two years, both spouses should be 27 years old or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. A valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans are also required.
In addition to your passion for working with youth, you must demonstrate a high degree of integrity and be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and attending Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. Both spouses must complete an individual employment application and be willing to undergo background checks.
As a Student Care Provider, you will receive a competitive salary of $43,825 per person (total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple), comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, and paid training. You will also enjoy a flexible schedule of nine days on followed by three days off, with a three-week paid summer vacation.
