What are the responsibilities and job description for the Student Caregivers position at Milton Hershey School?
Milton Hershey School is hiring Student Caregivers to work with our students. As a Student Caregiver, you and your spouse will provide a family-like living environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
You will live on campus and support a group of students through daily activities, administration of medication, and nurturing guidance. The ideal candidate will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings.
Both spouses should be age 27 or older and have been legally married for at least two years. The compensation package includes a salary of $43,825 per person, comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, paid training, and a schedule of nine days on followed by three days off.
