We are seeking married couples to join our residential program as Flex Houseparents. In this role, you will live on campus, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students in a family-like structure. You will be responsible for managing various responsibilities such as transportation, medication administration, and budgeting, working together as a couple to create a positive and supportive environment for your students.
The ideal candidates should have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. Benefits include a salary of $43,825 per person (a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple), comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, paid training, and three weeks of paid summer vacation.
