The Milton Hershey School is seeking a qualified House Parent to join our team. As a House Parent, you will be responsible for providing a family-like structure for students in our care. This includes handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and leading daily devotions. You will work closely with your spouse to create a warm and welcoming home environment that promotes academic success and personal growth.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. You and your spouse must have been legally married for at least two years, be at least 27 years old, and have no more than three dependent children residing in the student home. You must also be able to lift up to 50 pounds and demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students.

We offer a competitive salary of $43,825 per person, totaling approximately $150,000 per couple. In addition, you will enjoy a schedule of nine days on followed by three days off, with workdays including a period of personal time while students are at school.
