As Houseparent Couples, you will provide a supportive family environment for students, handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, and managing budgets. You will cover different student homes initially before being assigned to one specific home.
We offer a competitive salary of $43,825 per person, totaling approximately $150,000 per couple. The compensation package includes free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more. The role requires experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses must be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. A smoke-free and weapon-free campus policy applies, and only fish and one dog of approved breeds are permitted.
Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity and be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and attending Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. A valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans are also required. High school diploma or GED is necessary, and applicants must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
