As a flex houseparent, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational and personal experiences of our students, helping them develop into confident and capable individuals.
The role involves living on-campus with a group of approximately 8-12 students, providing a family-like structure and guiding them through their educational journey. You will be responsible for daily care, including meals, homework support, and ensuring the students' overall well-being.
Qualifications for the role include experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. The couple must also be comfortable leading daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
