Compensation and Benefits
As a flex houseparent, you and your spouse will receive a salary of $43,825 per person, totaling around $150,000 per couple, which includes comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance; health savings and flexible spending accounts; life insurance; disability options; and retirement savings. You will also be provided with relocation assistance, paid training, and a generous package of perks including free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more.
Responsibilities
As a flex houseparent, your responsibilities will include managing the daily lives of your assigned students, handling tasks such as transportation, medication administration, budgeting, and reporting. You will also be expected to lead students in daily devotions and take them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and healthy living environment, ensuring that all necessary safety protocols are followed, and providing emergency care when needed.

Qualifications and Requirements
To be eligible for this position, you and your spouse must meet the following requirements:
- Be a married couple who have been legally married for at least two years.
- Both spouses should be age 27 or older.
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
- Abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus.
- Limitations on pets: only fish and one dog of approved breeds are permitted.
- Valid driver's license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans.
- Couples must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
