We are looking for a married couple to join our team as full-time houseparents at Milton Hershey School. As a houseparent duo, you will provide guidance and support to approximately 8-12 students, living on-campus in a student home.
Responsibilities and Qualifications
Your responsibilities will include overseeing daily activities, administering medication, facilitating budgeting, driving student home vans, and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. To be eligible for this role, you must meet the following qualifications:
- Have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Be legally married for at least two years
- Be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home

The position offers competitive salaries of $43,825 per person, totaling approximately $150,000 per couple.
