As a Residential Youth Caregiver, your responsibilities will include guiding students, administering medication, and managing household tasks while residing on campus. You will work closely with other staff members to provide a consistent family-like structure for students and handle responsibilities such as driving, budgeting, reporting, and more.
We offer a competitive salary of $43,825 per person, with a total compensation package of approximately $150,000 per couple. This includes free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more.
