We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a salary of $43,825 per person, which amounts to a total compensation package of around $150,000 per couple. You will also enjoy relocation assistance, paid summer vacation, and a flexible schedule of nine days on followed by three days off.
To qualify for this position, you must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be at least 27 years old, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. You must also be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Sunday chapel services.
