Milton Hershey School is a world-class educational institution that values the importance of family and community. As Student Guidance Partners, you and your spouse will play a vital role in guiding and nurturing our students.
As part of our team, you will reside in on-campus student homes, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students. Your responsibilities will include driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and more. This role requires a high level of commitment and a passion for youth development.

To be successful in this role, you should have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. You and your spouse should be legally married for at least two years, both aged 27 or older, and able to lift up to 50 lbs. You must also demonstrate a high degree of integrity and be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and attending Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
