What are the responsibilities and job description for the Student Home Leaders - Flexible Schedule Required position at Milton Hershey School?
To be successful as a flex houseparent, you and your spouse should have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. You should both be at least 27 years old, legally married for at least two years, and able to abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus policy.
You should be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. You must also demonstrate a high degree of integrity, as all staff are role models for the students.
Both spouses must complete an individual employment application, and you must be willing to lift up to 50 lbs. You should also have a valid driver's license and be able to become certified to drive student home vans.
