We are seeking Student Home Leaders, a dynamic couple who can provide guidance, encouragement, and support to our students. In this role, you will work together with your spouse to create a family-like atmosphere that promotes academic success and personal growth.
As a Student Home Leader, you will be responsible for supervising a group of students, providing them with a safe and nurturing environment. You will also handle various tasks such as driving, administering medication, and reporting. You will work a schedule of nine days on followed by three days off, allowing you to balance your work and personal life.
To be successful in this role, you and your partner must have experience working with youth, preferably in under-served settings. You should also be able to lift up to 50 pounds, have a valid driver's license, and be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and attending Sunday chapel services.
