Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to become flex houseparents, providing a family-like structure for students and handling various responsibilities. As a flex houseparent, you will work as a team with other staff members to support student growth and development.
About the Role:
As a flex houseparent, you will provide a consistent family-like structure for students and handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc. You will lead students in daily devotions and take them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
