What are the responsibilities and job description for the Student Home Providers - Flexible Work Schedule position at Milton Hershey School?
Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to become flex house parents, providing a supportive and caring environment for our students. As a flex house parent, you will live in an on-campus student home with your spouse and guide a group of approximately 8-12 students.
Your responsibilities will include driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting, as well as providing a family-like structure for the students and taking them to Sunday chapel services. To be successful in this role, you must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings.
Couples must be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. You must also have a valid driver's license and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
