About the Position
We are seeking married couples to join our team as flex houseparents at Milton Hershey School. As part of our residential program, you will live on campus with your spouse and guide a group of approximately 8-12 students, providing a family-like environment and handling various responsibilities such as driving, medication administration, and budgeting.

- Foster a nurturing environment for students
- Manage student home duties and responsibilities
- Participate in students' personal development activities
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure students' well-being

Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Legally married couple for at least two years
- Age 27 or older
- Valid driver's license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans
