What We Offer
Flex houseparents receive a salary of $43,825 per person, with a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple including free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more. Responsibilities and Qualifications
As a Couple Housing Specialist, you will reside in an on-campus student home with your spouse, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students. You will handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and leading students in daily devotions. You will also be expected to take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services (Note: Proselytizing is prohibited). To be eligible for this role, you must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and you should be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Sunday chapel services. High school diploma or GED is required, and you must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
