As a houseparent couple at Milton Hershey School, you will play a vital role in shaping the lives of our students. You will create a nurturing family environment, guiding and supporting your students as they grow and develop. Your influence will extend beyond academics, helping your students develop important life skills and values.
About the Position
This is a two-person job for couples who have been legally married for at least two years. Both spouses must be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students. In addition to your primary responsibilities, you will be required to complete an individual employment application and participate in training and professional development opportunities.
Benefits and Compensation
You will receive a competitive salary of $43,825 per person, totaling approximately $150,000 per year.
