Job Description and Requirements
This is a two-person job for couples who have been legally married for at least two years. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. Candidates must have experience working or volunteering with youth, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. A valid driver's license and certification to drive student home vans are also required.

In addition to the salary and benefits package, Houseparents enjoy a schedule of nine days on followed by three days off, a period of personal time while students are at school. They also receive relocation assistance and paid training provided. With a three-week paid summer vacation, Houseparents can recharge and spend quality time with their families.
