We are seeking a married couple to become part of our Home Support Team as House Parents. This unique career path involves residing in an on-campus student home, guiding, and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students.
As House Parents, you will provide a consistent family-like structure for students, handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc., and cover different student homes before being assigned to one specific home.
In exchange for your dedication, you will receive a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple, including free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more.
