As a Student Nurturer, you will play a vital role in supporting students' growth and development, helping them to build confidence, self-esteem, and life skills. Couples will be responsible for creating a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment, leading daily devotions, and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary for this position is $43,825 per person, with a total compensation package of approximately $150,000 per couple. This includes comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, health savings and flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability options, and retirement savings. Additionally, couples will receive relocation assistance and paid training.
Requirements and Qualifications
Candidates must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. A valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans are also required.
