About the Role:
As Flex Houseparents, couples will reside on-campus in student homes, guiding and supporting a group of approximately 8-12 students. They will handle various responsibilities, including driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting. Couples will also have the opportunity to lead students in daily devotions and take them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
Requirements:
To be eligible for this role, couples must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses must be at least 27 years old, have been legally married for at least two years, and have no more than three dependent children residing in the student home. Couples must also be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
