About the Role
The Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to become Flex Houseparents, responsible for creating a supportive and inclusive environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
As a Flex Houseparent, you will work closely with other houseparents to promote the academic and personal success of our students. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of our students' social and emotional skills.
- Salary package: $43,825 per person (total compensation package approx. $150,000 per couple)
- Free housing and meals while on duty
- Relocation assistance provided
We require a strong commitment from both spouses, who must work together to create a stable and loving home environment for students. A valid driver's license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and comfort leading daily devotions are essential requirements.
