We are seeking a Student Support Partner to join our team at Milton Hershey School. In this role, you will be responsible for providing essential care and support to a group of students living on campus.
About the Role
As a Student Support Partner, you will work closely with your spouse to provide guidance and support to students. Your responsibilities will include daily routines, homework help, and meal preparation. You will also be expected to lead students in daily devotions and take them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
Key Responsibilities
Our ideal candidate will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. They should also be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Sunday chapel services. A valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans are also required.
What We Offer
In exchange for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and paid training. You will receive a salary of $43,825 per person, and as a couple, you can enjoy a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per year. The position also comes with relocation assistance and a schedule of nine days on followed by three days off.
