What are the responsibilities and job description for the Student Support Partners position at Milton Hershey School?
Milton Hershey School is a leader in providing educational support to disadvantaged students, and we're looking for married couples to become flex houseparents.
As flex houseparents, couples will provide a family-like structure for students and guide them in daily activities. Responsibilities include driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting.
Candidates should have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, with no more than three dependent children residing in the student home.
Flex houseparents will lead students in daily devotions and take them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. They must also possess a valid driver's license and be able to become certified to drive student home vans.
