Student Support Partner
Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to join our team as Student Support Partners. In this role, you will provide a family-like structure for students, handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, and budgeting, and lead daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. Your responsibilities will include guiding a group of approximately 8-12 students, providing a nurturing and consistent environment, and being role models for students.
Job Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses must be age 27 or older, and you must be legally married for at least two years. You should also be able to become certified to drive student home vans and have a high school diploma or GED.
